The reusable hot eye mask uses a synthetic fill of BodyBeads which allows for a short heating time with safer and superior heat retention. Also featuring an adjustable strap for extra comfort. The Eye Doctor Essential Eye Compress can be heated in the microwave and reused up to 200 times. Simply heat the eye mask in the microwave for 25 seconds and place over closed eyes. Alternatively, to use cold by placing in the freezer and when ready place over closed eyes to relieve the symptoms of hayfever, inflammation, migraines and headaches.
